People often discuss the “meaning of the moon” or lament its “phases,” but few consider “what the moon tastes like!” The animals in this book are curious: is the moon sweet, salty, or…? Let’s explore together!
In the Kitchen: The class includes a detailed explanation of dough preparation, from coloring, kneading, rolling, and degassing the dough. It also teaches techniques for making moon and turtle shapes, decoration tips and precautions, as well as the fermentation and steaming steps.
